Our contact form at cvapors.co/sms-signup optionally collects a mobile phone number for the purpose of sending the SMS notifications described above, if you choose to opt in. Providing a phone number and consent to receive SMS or MMS messages are both optional — the form can be submitted without either — and consent is collected through an unchecked opt-in box. SMS consent is never required as a condition of employment or any purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at [email protected].

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, employ our staff, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below; we will honor reasonable requests except where retention is required by law.

Your choices
